SMS Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2, 2025

These SMS Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in text message communications with Alexa Rossi Law ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these Terms.

Program Description

When you opt in, we send SMS/MMS messages related to your case or inquiry, including appointment reminders, status updates, and responses to your questions. This is not a marketing program.

How to Opt In

You opt in by providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages—for example, by submitting a contact or appointment form, or by texting us first. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of receiving legal services.

How to Opt Out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To rejoin, opt in again.

Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us and the status of your matter.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

Supported Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers and may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable from time to time.

Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our SMS/MMS Privacy Statement. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

Important Notice

Please do not include sensitive or confidential information in text messages. SMS/MMS communications may not be secure. Sending a message does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the text program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
